Thanks to its high altitude, an impressive 1,861 metres above sea level, Mt Hotham is famous for its high annual snowfall and challenging runs including the notoriously difficult 'Mary's Slide.' Getting There
Mt Hotham has an airport on site just 20 km from the mountain village. During winter the airport receives direct flights from Sydney which take approximately 80 minutes. Book flights online
Privately-operated shuttles also run from Melbourne and various Victorian towns to Mt Hotham.
