Day 1 Chicago.
Arrival in Chicago: Your adventure begins in Chicago, the starting point of Route 66. Your Tour Director will be available for any questions.
Day 2 Chicago.
Explore Chicago: Take a morning sightseeing tour that includes the iconic Route 66 sign and deep-dish pizza You'll have the afternoon free for optional activities like visiting Willis Tower's Skydeck, walking along the Magnificent Mile, or enjoying a river cruise.
Day 3 Chicago to Springfield.
Route 66 Memorabilia: Visit the Route 66 Hall of Fame & Museum in Pontiac and then head to Springfield to explore the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum.
Day 4 Springfield to St Louis.
St. Louis Highlights: Cross the Mississippi River to St. Louis. Visit the Gateway Arch and enjoy some Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, a Route 66 classic.
Day 5 St.
Louis to Joplin. Missouri Countryside: Journey through quirky towns and stop in Joplin, known for its connection to infamous outlaws Bonnie and Clyde.
Day 6 Joplin to Oklahoma City.
Explore Tulsa & Oklahoma City: Visit the "East Meets West" sculpture in Tulsa, and then head to Oklahoma City, home to Route 66 history.
Day 7 Oklahoma City to Amarillo.
Route 66 Journey: See Oklahoma City's sights, visit the National Route 66 Museum in Elk City, and end the day in Amarillo, Texas.
Day 8 Amarillo to Albuquerque.
Route 66 Landmarks: Stop at Cadillac Ranch, visit Russell's Car Museum, and explore Albuquerque's Central Avenue and Old Town.
Day 9 Albuquerque.
Leisure Day: Free day in Albuquerque, with options to explore museums, take a trolley ride, or visit Old Town.
Day 10 Albuquerque to Williams.
Cross the Continental Divide: Journey through Gallup and Winslow, and then settle in Williams, Arizona, gateway to the Grand Canyon.
Day 11 Grand Canyon National Park.
Grand Canyon: Explore the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Optionally, take a helicopter tour for a unique view of the canyon.
Day 12 Williams to Las Vegas.
Route 66 Revival & Las Vegas: Visit Seligman before heading to the bright lights of Las Vegas. Take an orientation tour of the Strip.
Day 13 Las Vegas.
Leisure Day in Vegas: Explore the Strip, Fremont Street, or even take an optional excursion to Hoover Dam.
Day 14 Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
Desert Journey: Cross the Mojave Desert, visit the California Route 66 Museum, and arrive in Los Angeles.
Day 15 Los Angeles.
Explore Los Angeles: Take a morning tour of Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, and Hollywood. You can also opt for a Warner Bros. Studio tour.
Day 16 Los Angeles.
End of the Tour: Your journey concludes in Los Angeles, with the option to extend your stay.
