Public Transport
There is currently no public bus service between the airport and Dunedin. Shuttles are offered by a variety of companies and will pick up and drop off passengers as required. Pre-booking is recommended.
Car Hire
Car hire counters can be found just outside the main entrance to the terminal. Companies include, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Thrifty, Jucy, Driven Rental Group, Ezi-Rent, and Nationwide. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.
Check-in
Check-in counters are located on the ground level of the terminal.
Money Exchange
Currency can be exchanged at the Bank of New Zealand branch on level 1. Pre-purchase New Zealand Dollars in the form of cash from Travel Money OZ.
Business Services
For eligible passengers, the Air New Zealand Koru lounge business centre offers free internet access, two computers, LAN, fax, copier, printer and a quiet area for meetings.
Internet Access
The terminal building is a wireless hotspot and currently Wi-fi access is free (data limits apply). Passwords may be obtained from various retail, food and beverage outlets around the terminal. There are also two internet kiosks located on level 1, which take coins and credit cards.
Family Facilities
Babies can be fed and changed in the parent room on level 1, to the right of the escalators. Facilities include a microwave, change facility, nappy disposal and toilet. At Dunedin airport, keeping children entertained while waiting for flights is easy. The X-Zone family entertainment area on level 1 has 18 game machines including pin-ball, video and skill testers. Nearby is Time to Play where younger children can safely play while parents enjoy a refreshment break.
Baggage
Free baggage trolleys are available in the arrivals hall.
Showers
Showers are available only in the Air New Zealand Koru lounge, for eligible passengers.

Air New Zealand - The Koru lounge is located on level 2, before security. The lounge opens at 6:00am on weedkdays and 6:30am on weekends and remains open until the last flight departs. Lounge facilities include light refreshments, bar facilities, reading material, TV and business facilities. The Air New Zealand lounge is available to eligible passengers with Koru membership.
