If you’re only in town for a few days, why not consider a stay near the runway in Linthicum Heights. You’ll be within easy reach of the airport – most of the hotels here provide 24-hour airport shuttles – yet still less than 20 minutes from Inner Harbour.

Full-service options include the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, a luxury hotel brimming with facilities including a casual lobby lounge, restaurant and sophisticated guest rooms and executive suites. If your budget doesn’t stretch that far, Holiday Inn BWI Airport is a great mid-range option offering all the essential amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
