Spice Jet's fleet includes Boeing 737-800 and 737-900ER on short to medium haul flights and Bombardier Q400s on short haul trips. Seat pitch and width is 32 inches and 17 inches respectively on the Boeing aircraft. LIght snacks and refreshments are available for purchase on select routes.
For domestic flights, free baggage allowance per person includes carry-on luggage comprising 1 small personal item and 1 small bag and checked baggage of up to 20kgs. Excess fees apply to checked baggage exceeding 20kgs.
For international flights, the same allowances apply to carry-on luggage as domestic routes. Each passenger may check baggage with a maximum dimension sum (length + width + height) of 158cms and maximum weight of 32kgs.
Airport check-in counters open 3 hours prior to departure and close 60 minutes before scheduled take off. Online check-in is available from 24 hours to 4 hours prior to departure but not for all flights and passengers with luggage are requested to check-in at the airport.
