Nok Air's fleet of Boeing 737-400s, 737-800s and ATR 72-200 is maintained by the same technicians who service Thai Airways aircraft. In addition to receiving a complimentary in-flight snacks, passengers may purchase light snacks onboard. Duty-free shopping is also available.

Hand luggage allowance is 1 piece per person, with maximum dimensions 36cm x 23cm x 56cm and maximum weight of 7kg. Checked baggage allowance varies according to ticket purchased, ranging from 20kgs to 45kgs per person.

 

There are several ways to check-in with Nok Air:
  • Airport counter – opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes 30 minutes before take off.
  • Telephone – available for passengers with hand luggage only. This service is open 4am–8pm daily and passengers can check-in between 45 minutes and 2 hours prior to departure. Boarding passes are obtainable from airport ticket booths.
  • Online – available from 24 hours to 60 minutes prior to departure; note this is not an option for special needs passengers, unaccompanied children or monks.
  • Mobile device – Nok Air's mobile application is downloadable for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Blackberry and Android. Passengers may check-in, select their seat and the boarding pass will be saved to the device.
