Kulula has a fleet of Boeing 737s, with audio entertainment available at each seat. The onboard menu offers snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which can be paid for by cash or credit card.
The free baggage allowance per person is one item of hand luggage up to 7kgs and it must be smaller than 115cms combined length, width and height. Checked baggage allowance is a maximum of 20kgs (anything over this will be charged by the kilogram) per passenger and item dimensions can't exceed 158cms combined length, width and height.
Counter check-in is available from 24 to 2 hours prior to departure. Self-service check-in is available at airports until 40 minutes prior to departure and online check-in is available too but not for short haul international departures from Durban, George or Nelspruit airports.
