JetBlue Airways flies Airbus 320s and Embraer 190s, offering seat pitches of between 32 and 38 inches, seat widths of 18 inches and audio and video entertainment avaialable at each seat. Light snacks and beverages are available free; alcoholic drinks and snack boxes are available for purchase.

Passengers may carry on 1 small personal item and 1 small piece of hand luggage. Personal item dimensions must not exceed 45cm x 38cm x 20cm for both aircraft types. Hand luggage dimensions are:
  • Airbus A320 – 66cm x 45cm x 30cm
  • Embraer 190 – 60cm x 40cm x 25cm

The first bag of checked luggage is free and further bags incur fees but all bags must be 22kgs or less and not exceed a dimension sum of 157cms.

 

Counter check-in is available for international flights up to 60 minutes prior to departure and 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights. Check-in is also available via kiosk, online and the JetBlue mobile applicaction.
